How to delete your data

Clear the site data in your browser settings - nothing else exists

What gets deleted

When you delete your data, the following is removed:

• Study activity (which surfaces you practise) - stored in your browser only (Learner Twin)
• Voice preference per language - stored in your browser only

Data stored locally

In your browser (localStorage). No account, no server-side profile.

Third-party data

The following services may have received anonymised data:

• Anthropic (AI conversation coach turns, only when a live key is configured)
• ElevenLabs (text sent for premium voice audio, only when a live key is configured)
• OpenAI (live voice lesson audio - your microphone stream and the tutor's replies, only during a live lesson you start, and only when a live key is configured)

These services have their own data retention policies. Contact them directly for removal requests.
